Quarter 2 of the Orlando real estate market is right around the corner. This usually that means we are about to head into one of the busiest selling seasons. Honestly, I don’t know what that means for us this year! The February numbers came out on the 15th and show that the level of inventory is still low at .72 months left. If we get any more demand for new homes without some new listings – we may flat out run out of houses! It depends on the price point but anything under $300k seems to have 15-20 buyer offers for every listing and $400-$500k seems to be 5-10 offers depending on location. That’s A LOT of people without a home who want to buy. I don’t see signs of a slow down here in Orlando as we head into our busiest season.
